Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
excellent communication skills
ability to multitask and manage time effectively
proficiency with standard office equipment and phone systems
dependable and punctual
positive and professional demeanor

Job Duties

Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual
provides information such as community address, directions, fax numbers, and company website
greets and directs visitors to the community
receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services like FedEx and UPS
resolves customer questions and concerns
