Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or property management preferred
- ability to communicate effectively
- must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- reliable transportation for occasional travel
- ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions

- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- basic computer proficiency
- experience in property management or customer service preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area
- ensure the comforts of prospects and visitors while they wait
- answer phone calls and route them to appropriate team members
- assist with service request callbacks
- maintain the guest suite schedule and coordinate loading dock or elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
- ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition before office opening
- manage and document all package deliveries
- maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals and other services
- assist with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
- keep detailed information on local area resources and maintain vendor relationships
