Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Must communicate articulately in English
- Experience with multi-line phones, computers, copy machine, Keytrak device and other technology
- 2+ years of customer service experience required
- Polite, helpful, articulate, responsible and dependable
- Professional references are required

- Experience with multi-line phones, computers, copy machine, Keytrak device and other technology
- 2+ years of customer service experience required, senior living experience highly preferred
- Polite, helpful, articulate, responsible and dependable

Job Duties
- Carries out telephone answering and reception duties as required
- Takes messages with pertinent information and communicates messages to the recipient
- Greets residents, visitors, guests and vendors
- Answers inquiries and gives directions
- Copies, collates documents for department directors
- Distributes handouts, calendars and other communications to resident cubbies
- Prepares meal tickets for family, visitors and guests
- Assists residents with sign-ups for activities, outings and events
- Assists residents with work orders for maintenance and housekeeping
- Assists residents with meal orders including pick-up, take-out and room service delivery
- Updates the resident phone list, resident emergency contacts and caregiver information
- Organizes and distributes packages and other deliveries to residents and staff
- Responds to resident emergency pendant pushes and initiates 911/EMS when needed
- Maintains and keeps desk and lobby entry area neat and organized
- Maintains adherence to all company policies and established operating policies and procedures
- Assists and supports the business office director and other department directors
- Direct report to the business office director
- Other duties as assigned
