Job Duties
- Answer telephone and direct callers to the appropriate individual
- Provide community information including address, directions, fax numbers, and website
- Greet and direct visitors to the community

- Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services such as FedEx and UPS
- Resolve customer questions and concerns
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during overnight shifts
