- ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members
- demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
- basic skills and ability to follow written or verbal instructions
- basic technical skills to complete repetitive and well-defined duties
- basic knowledge of the organization to answer basic questions
- patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm
- meet state or provincial health related requirements
- desire to work and interact with older adults and their families
- excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
- working knowledge of basic accounting terminology and processes
- projects a positive and professional image at all times.
