Job Duties
- Carries out telephone answering and reception duties as required
- takes complete messages with pertinent information and communicates messages to the intended recipient
- greets after hour residents, visitors and vendors
- answers inquiries and gives directions
- maintains and keeps desk and entry area neat and organized
- organizes, distributes packages and deliveries to residents, Executive Director and Department Coordinators
- maintains resident forms for miscellaneous credits if requested by director
- maintains adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures
- promotes safety of the community property and assets against fire, theft, vandalism and illegal entry by unauthorized persons while meeting and/or exceeding service standards
- conducts safety inspections of all community property to include common areas, resident corridors, parking areas and perimeter access
- watches for and reports irregularities such as fire hazards, leaking water pipes and security doors left unsecured
- responds to all calls and complaints, taking necessary action and handling on-scene emergency situations until relieved by a Supervisor
- secures and unlocks areas and buildings in accordance with policy and community expectation
- assists in emergency response procedures as per community policy
- other duties as assigned
