Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years customer service or hospitality experience required
  • Minimum of one year sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills with MS Office
  • Basic office organizational skills including filing and inventory
  • Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Ability to make independent decisions
  • Basic to intermediate math proficiency
  • Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift or move up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to use basic office equipment such as computer, telephone, copier
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving ability
  • Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal
  • Ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations
  • Must wear company uniform as required

Job Duties

  • Meets and greets all visitors and residents, providing customer support and community information
  • Provides miscellaneous services and information to residents, manages deliveries
  • Acts as a liaison between residents and management, documenting interactions and follow-ups
  • Maintains accurate knowledge of community details including pricing, availability, and amenities
  • Assists management with marketing initiatives and promotion development
  • Regularly inspects community grounds and facilities, recommending improvements
  • Adheres to company safety policies and participates in required training
  • Handles resident issues promptly with documentation and manager notification
  • Develops and participates in leasing programs
  • Stays informed on market trends and competitor communities
  • Implements resident retention programs and social activities
  • Assists in lease renewal processes and documentation
  • Ensures compliance with Fair Housing rules and landlord-tenant laws
  • Monitors community operating budget guidelines
  • Engages with local business and residential communities
  • Organizes community recreational and social events
  • Maintains positive relationships with administrative and maintenance staff
  • Protects confidentiality of resident and company information
  • Represents the community professionally and complies with company dress code
  • Performs additional duties as directed by the property manager
