Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years experience in healthcare, program administration, hospitality or customer service industry
- Ability to work the specified hours including days, possible weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Visual acuity adequate to perform position duties
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Ability to hear, understand and distinguish speech and other sounds
- Must be able to perform essential job functions satisfactorily
- Willingness to comply with workplace safety principles and regulations

Job Duties
- Greet patients, families, visitors, and other customer groups in a highly visible manner
- Serve as an information resource and navigator for patients, families, staff, and the community
- Promote services within the facility and/or department, collaborating with appropriate departments to ensure information is current
- Provide technology support including assistance with technology needs, room scheduling, equipment setup and teardown
- Identify trends in inquiries and recommend service improvements
