Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable using cleaning equipment and handling cleaning products safely
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Prior experience in luxury guest services preferred
- Familiarity with Napa Valley local culture preferred
Job Qualifications
- Prior concierge or luxury guest services experience preferred
- Familiarity with Napa Valley's food, wine, and cultural scene strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple guest needs at once
- Positive, guest-first mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Knowledge of hotel systems (Opera or similar) a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their stay
- Assist with reservations, activity planning, transportation, and special requests
- Coordinate VIP services and ensure high-profile guests receive seamless experiences
- Offer expert recommendations on Napa Valley wineries, restaurants, attractions, and cultural events
- Respond to guest inquiries across phone, email, and in-person with efficiency and care
- Partner with resort departments to deliver cohesive, elevated guest service
- Maintain compliance with resort policies and ensure a welcoming, luxury environment
