Job Requirements
- High school graduate or GED or equivalent experience
- More than five years of related job experience
- Ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday, approximately 8 am to 4:30 pm
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

- High school graduate or GED
- Over five years of job-related experience
- In-depth understanding of various processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function
- Basic knowledge of related job functions
- Ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Job Duties
- Be the first point of contact for all those entering the facility
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Support meetings and events onsite
- Record and log service requests and track their statuses
- Provide administrative aid to management as needed
- Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of requestors
- Deliver world-class customer service to all individuals in the facility
- Build and maintain a database of local business recommendations including transportation, dining, and entertainment
- Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures
- Notify appropriate parties to ensure safety
- Acknowledge inquiries or complaints and provide customer-focused solutions
- Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to accomplish team objectives
- Establish new techniques to help meet team objectives
- Ensure personal and team outcomes positively impact customer objectives
- Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values
- Guide the team using basic knowledge of practices and procedures
- Work to build consensus within the team
