Job Requirements

  • ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • must have valid driver's license
  • reliable transportation
  • maintain required vehicle insurance coverage
  • ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
  • ability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • at least one year experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, with three to five years preferred
  • proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • proficient with point-of-sale technology platforms with strength in data entry accuracy
  • self-motivated to engage with customers proactively
  • passionate about supporting people

Job Duties

  • fulfilling customer services such as running errands, coordinating vehicle services, planning events, facilitating shipping needs
  • accurately capturing service activity within BEST's service management platform
  • marketing services and promotions to customers

  • proactively anticipating client needs and responding to incoming requests
  • managing multiple service requests and delivering on time
