Job Requirements
- ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- must have valid driver's license
- reliable transportation
- maintain required vehicle insurance coverage
- ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
- ability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
Job Qualifications
- at least one year experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, with three to five years preferred
- proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- proficient with point-of-sale technology platforms with strength in data entry accuracy
- self-motivated to engage with customers proactively
- passionate about supporting people
- detail oriented and committed to accuracy
- excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- fulfilling customer services such as running errands, coordinating vehicle services, planning events, facilitating shipping needs
- accurately capturing service activity within BEST's service management platform
- marketing services and promotions to customers

- proactively anticipating client needs and responding to incoming requests
- managing multiple service requests and delivering on time
