Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year experience in customer service
- proficiency with Microsoft Office
- familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- ability to engage customers proactively
- detail oriented
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage multiple requests
- pass background check
- pass drug screening
- valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation
- maintain vehicle insurance
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- At least one year experience in a fast-paced customer service environment with three to five years preferred
- proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- skilled with point-of-sale technology and accurate data entry

- excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Fulfilling customer services such as running errands, coordinating vehicle services, planning events, facilitating shipping needs
- accurately capturing service activity within BEST’s service management platform
- marketing services and promotions to customers

- responding proactively to incoming customer requests
- managing multiple service requests effectively
