Job Requirements

- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle different guest requests simultaneously
- Knowledge of local area attractions and services
- Proficiency in reservation and booking systems
- Demonstrated commitment to Hilton values including hospitality integrity leadership teamwork ownership and urgency
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide information recommendations and booking services for guest inquiries including directions hours of operation hotel services transportation travel arrangements tour and event tickets restaurant reservations and medical care
- Process and deliver messages for guests
- Retrieve mail small packages and facsimiles for guests as requested
- Arrange and confirm recreational business and dining activities inside and outside the hotel for guests
- Respond to special requests for services including dentists doctors child care florists
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely friendly and efficient manner
- Register VIP guests as needed
- Promote company marketing programs and distribute printed materials as needed
