Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation

- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally

- At least one year experience in fast-paced customer service environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Skilled in point-of-sale technology platforms and accurate data entry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Fulfill customer services such as running errands, coordinating vehicle services, planning events, facilitating shipping needs
- Accurately capture service activity within service management platform
- Market services and promotions to customers
- Demonstrate BEST's core values including trustworthiness, compassion, resourcefulness, results-focus, and value creation
- Engage proactively with customers to anticipate and respond to needs
- Manage multiple service requests effectively and deliver on time
- Maintain professionalism and tact in dynamic customer situations
