Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a customer service role
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Flexibility to work various shifts
  • Japanese language skills preferable

  • Previous experience in hospitality or concierge services preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Provide information, recommendations and booking services for guest inquiries including directions, outlet hours, hotel services, transportation and travel arrangements, tour and event tickets, restaurant reservations, and medical care
  • Process and deliver messages for guests
  • Retrieve mail, small packages and facsimiles as requested
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, business and dining activities inside and outside the hotel
  • Respond to special requests for services including dentists, doctors, child care, and florists
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Register VIP guests as needed
  • Promote company marketing programs and distribute printed materials
  • Provide Japanese language assistance preferably
