Job Requirements

  • must have high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year experience in customer service
  • proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • skilled with point-of-sale technology
  • self-motivated and proactive
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks
  • pass background check and drug screening
  • valid driver’s license
  • reliable transportation and maintain vehicle insurance
  • able to stand, sit, walk for extended periods
  • able to lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • at least one year experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, three to five years preferred
  • proficient in Microsoft Office primarily Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • experienced with point-of-sale technology platforms and data entry accuracy
  • self-motivated to engage with customers proactively
  • passionate about supporting people
  • detail oriented and committed to accuracy
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • creative, curious, and solutions-minded

Job Duties

  • fulfilling customer services such as running errands, coordinating vehicle services, planning events, facilitating shipping needs
  • accurately capturing service activity within service management platform
  • marketing services and promotions to customers
