Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality, senior living, or related industry preferred
  • ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to varied daily activities
  • proficiency with computers and office technology
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to stay calm in emergency situations
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • commitment to providing outstanding customer service

Job Qualifications

  • exceptional customer service experience within hospitality or senior living preferred
  • experience interacting courteously and professionally with guests, residents, and co-workers
  • ability to make independent decisions and remain calm during emergencies
  • strong reasoning and communication skills
  • proficiency in English
  • familiarity with computers, mobile devices, AV equipment, and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties

  • engaging with residents, families, guests, and co-workers professionally and friendly
  • handling daily challenges including answering calls, welcoming visitors, monitoring security and safety, sorting and distributing mail, coordinating rides and outings
  • maintaining clean and welcoming lobby and common areas with light housekeeping tasks
  • fostering teamwork and open communication across departments
  • championing residents' expectations to ensure success
