Job Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Minimum 1 year experience preferred, performing same or similar job functions in the Vegas market, preferably at mid-level to luxury hospitality resorts
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
- Outstanding guest service skills
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
- Must have the ability to meet or exceed goals, as well as excel in customer service standards
- Must be comfortable exchanging names with customers
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Able to successfully use computers and calculators
- Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations quickly and accurately (add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers)

Job Duties
- Or exceed the guests' needs by asking open-ended questions with the intent of assisting guests with an itinerary
- Is knowledgeable and confident about all of the Palms venues and proactively sells Palms restaurants, events, nightlife, merchandise, and experiences
- Provides outstanding guest service to all guests with an enthusiastic greeting and engages in friendly conversation, while educating, informing and focusing on each guest to drive performance results
- Obtains assigned bank and ensures accuracy of contracted monies
- Documents & assists with all guest questions, requests, complaints or problems
- Maintains confidentiality of guest information and pertinent property data
- Remains knowledgeable at all times of all property features, services, and hours of operation
- Performs other duties as assigned
