Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ability to work as needed including flexible scheduling
- excellent communication skills
- capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- basic computer proficiency
- ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
Job Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service experience preferably in hospitality or senior living
- experience interacting courteously with guests, residents, co-workers
- ability to make independent decisions and remain calm in emergencies
- strong reasoning and communication skills in English
- proficiency with computers, mobile devices, AV equipment and office tools including Microsoft Office Suite
Job Duties
- Embracing the Revel Culture Code in completing work and interactions
- engaging residents, families, guests and co-workers professionally
- handling daily challenges including answering calls, welcoming visitors, monitoring security and safety standards, sorting and distributing mail, coordinating rides, outings, and activities
- maintaining a professional first impression by keeping front entrance, lobby, reception, and common areas clean with light housekeeping
- encouraging teamwork and open communication with team members across departments
- championing residents' expectations to ensure outstanding service
