Job Requirements

  • Relevant experience in customer service or hospitality
  • Ability to work on an on-call basis as needed
  • Proficiency with office technology and communication tools
  • Strong reasoning skills for understanding and processing information
  • Ability to maintain composure in emergency situations
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Job Qualifications

  • Exceptional customer service experience preferably within hospitality or senior living
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to make independent decisions and remain calm in emergencies
  • Proficiency in English communication
  • Familiarity with computers, mobile devices, AV equipment, and Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience interacting courteously and professionally with guests, residents, and co-workers

Job Duties

  • Embracing the Revel Culture Code in daily work and interactions
  • Engaging with residents, families, guests, and co-workers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Managing front desk activities including answering calls, welcoming visitors, monitoring security and safety standards
  • Sorting and distributing mail and helping to coordinate rides, outings, and activities for residents
  • Maintaining cleanliness and professional appearance of the front entrance, lobby, reception, and common areas
  • Encouraging teamwork and collaboration through open communication with department members
  • Championing residents' expectations to ensure outstanding service and community satisfaction
