Job Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service experience within hospitality, senior living, or related industries
  • experience interacting courteously and professionally with guests, residents, co-workers, and the public
  • ability to make independent decisions and remain calm during emergencies
  • reasoning skills including understanding and processing information for feedback and instructions
  • proficiency communicating in English
  • proficiency with computers, mobile devices, AV equipment, and office equipment
  • familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties

  • Embracing the Revel culture code in daily work and interactions
  • engaging with residents, families, guests, and co-workers professionally and warmly
  • managing front desk operations including answering calls, welcoming visitors, monitoring security and safety standards, sorting and distributing mail, and coordinating rides, outings, and activities for residents
  • maintaining cleanliness and professional appearance of the front entrance, lobby, reception areas, and common spaces
  • collaborating with other team members across departments to promote open communication and teamwork
  • championing residents' expectations to ensure exceptional service and memorable experiences
