Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • customer service experience in hospitality, senior living or related fields preferred
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
  • familiarity with office and AV technology
  • availability to work part-time as needed
  • commitment to embody company culture and values

Job Qualifications

  • exceptional customer service experience preferably within hospitality or senior living
  • experience interacting with guests, residents, co-workers, and the public courteously and professionally
  • ability to make independent decisions and remain calm during emergencies
  • strong reasoning and communication skills in English
  • proficiency with computers, mobile devices, AV equipment, and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties

  • embracing the Revel Culture Code in daily work and interactions
  • engaging with residents, families, guests, and co-workers in a friendly and professional manner
  • answering calls, welcoming visitors, monitoring security and safety standards, sorting and distributing mail, coordinating rides, outings, and activities for residents
  • maintaining a clean and welcoming front entrance, lobby, reception and common areas with light housekeeping tasks
  • encouraging teamwork and collaboration through open communication with staff across departments
  • championing residents' expectations to ensure exceptional community experience
