Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or property management preferred
- ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift weights up to 25 pounds independently
- availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong organizational and communication skills
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- customer service experience preferred
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- familiarity with local community resources
- proficiency in basic computer applications
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area
- ensure the comfort of prospects and visitors while they wait
- answer phone calls and route them appropriately
- assist with completed service request call backs
- maintain the guest suite schedule and manage payment and cleanliness
- coordinate loading dock and elevator scheduling for move-ins and move-outs
- ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to office opening
- manage all package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours
- maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals and other community services
- assist with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
- keep detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, and delivery services
- maintain relationships with concierge vendors
