Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or concierge roles preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
  • Must be able to sit, stand intermittently, and bend during shift
  • Must maintain professional and courteous demeanor
  • Flexibility to work the overnight shift
  • Basic typing skills
  • Strong manual coordination to operate switchboard and computer
  • Capacity to focus and maintain attention to detail in a busy environment

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate efficiently in English using proper grammar in a pleasant manner
  • Proficiency in typing and Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to handle multiple routine tasks following specific and general instructions
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Basic clerical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to stay calm and efficient despite distractions and interruptions
  • Experience in a hospitality or front desk role preferred

Job Duties

  • Open and close the front desk and properly secure all files, keys, and equipment in the office area
  • Communicate promptly and clearly all messages and material directed to the appropriate parties
  • Accept and record reservations, appointments, and cancellations as directed
  • Confirm scheduled transportation and event registration with residents
  • Receive all persons entering the Community in a courteous manner, provide information and direction
  • Assist residents, visitors, staff, and vendors tactfully and congenially
  • Maintain the best possible image of the Community through professional interaction
