Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate efficiently in English
- Typing skills and experience with Microsoft Office software
- Ability to follow specific and general instructions carefully and completely
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
- Ability to sit, stand intermittently, and bend during work shift
- Ability to maintain continuous mental and visual attention
- Must work overnight shift hours
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate efficiently in English using proper grammar in a pleasant manner
- Typing and experience with Microsoft Office software
- Must be able to handle a multiplicity of routine tasks following specific and general instructions
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism during distractions and interruptions
- Basic knowledge of telephone systems and office equipment
Job Duties
- Open and close the front desk and properly secure all files, keys, and equipment in the office area
- Communicate promptly and clearly all messages and material to the appropriate parties
- Accept and record reservations, appointments, and cancellations as directed
- Confirm scheduled transportation and event registrations with residents
- Receive and assist all persons entering the community courteously, providing information and guidance
- Perform a variety of clerical duties as assigned
- Maintain the best possible image of the community through tactful and congenial interaction
