Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, trade, technical, or vocational school
  • minimum 1 year of related experience
  • ability to speak, write and communicate effectively in English
  • maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed dress code
  • ability to cope in fast-paced environment
  • able to work under minimal supervision
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to ascend and descend staircases and ladders
  • ability to travel outside between properties in varying weather
  • able to exert up to 25 pounds of force regularly
  • maintain confidentiality
  • adhere to property guidelines
  • ability to operate office machinery

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ years of related experience
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • proficiency with social media and basic computer applications

  • knowledge of community resources and local area
  • ability to build and maintain positive resident relationships
  • experience in multifamily property or hospitality settings preferred

Job Duties

  • Welcoming resident guests
  • after-hours package pickup
  • addressing resident inquiries and concerns
  • updating communication logs on active buildings
  • providing resources and an open, welcoming environment for residents, customers, vendors, and neighbors
  • acquiring a broad knowledge of the community and surrounding area
  • building strong relationships with current and future community members
  • marketing the property through social media and blogging
  • maintaining positive resident relationships
  • assisting with on and off-site resident events and initiatives
  • answering the concierge phone line
  • ensuring the community amenities area has proper inventory
  • proactive communication with management regarding issues or concerns
  • reviewing the activity log and being ready to start work at shift commencement
  • maintaining resident confidentiality
  • adhering to property guidelines and performance standards
  • maintaining an appropriate level of presentation in the work area
  • performing other duties as assigned
