Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school
  • 1+ years of related experience
  • must be able to speak, write and communicate effectively in English
  • must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed dress code policy
  • ability to cope in a fast-paced environment and work under minimal supervision
  • willingness to travel up to 5% of the time
  • ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • ability to stand, walk, ascend and descend stairs and ladders
  • willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ years of related experience
  • excellent communication skills in English

  • maintaining positive resident relationships for effective communication
  • assisting with resident events and initiatives
  • managing social media posting, blogging, and internet presence
  • working as part of the site team to ensure sociable event environments
  • answering the concierge phone line
  • ensuring proper inventory in community amenities
  • proactive communication with management
  • reviewing activity logs
  • maintaining confidentiality
  • adhering to property guidelines and standards
  • maintaining work area presentation
  • performing other duties as assigned
