Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school
- 1+ years of related experience
- must be able to speak, write and communicate effectively in English
- must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed dress code policy
- ability to cope in a fast-paced environment and work under minimal supervision
- willingness to travel up to 5% of the time
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- ability to stand, walk, ascend and descend stairs and ladders
- willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

- building strong relationships with residents
- marketing the property
- maintaining positive resident relationships for effective communication
- assisting with resident events and initiatives
- managing social media posting, blogging, and internet presence
- working as part of the site team to ensure sociable event environments
- answering the concierge phone line
- ensuring proper inventory in community amenities
- proactive communication with management
- reviewing activity logs
- maintaining confidentiality
- adhering to property guidelines and standards
- maintaining work area presentation
- performing other duties as assigned
