Job Duties
- Welcoming resident guests
- providing after-hours package pickup
- addressing resident inquiries and concerns
- updating communication logs on active buildings
- providing resources to customers and maintaining an open and welcoming environment
- acquiring broad knowledge of the community and surrounding area
- building strong relationships with current and future residents
- marketing the property
- maintaining positive communication between residents and community representatives
- assisting with on- and off-site resident events and initiatives
- managing social media posting, blogging, and internet presence
- working as part of the site team to facilitate social and pleasurable events
- answering the concierge phone line
- ensuring community amenities area has proper inventory
- proactive communication with management regarding issues or concerns
- reviewing the activity log and preparing to begin work at shift commencement
- maintaining confidentiality regarding residents
- adhering to property guidelines and performance standards
- maintaining work area presentation
- performing other duties as assigned
