Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Welcoming resident guests
- after-hours package pickup
- addressing resident inquiries and concerns
- updating communication logs on active buildings
- providing resources to customers and creating an open and welcoming environment
- acquiring broad knowledge of the community and surrounding area
- building strong relationships with residents and prospective members
- marketing the property via social media and internet presence
- maintaining positive communication with residents and community representatives
- assisting with on and off-site resident events and initiatives
- answering the concierge phone line
- ensuring community amenities have proper inventory
- proactive communication with management regarding issues
- reviewing activity log and preparing for shift commencement
- maintaining confidentiality regarding residents
- adhering to property guidelines and performance standards
- maintaining work area presentation
- performing other duties as assigned
