Job Requirements

High school diploma, GED, trade, technical, or vocational school
1+ years of related experience
ability to speak, write and communicate effectively in English
maintain professional appearance and comply with dress code policy
ability to cope in a fast-paced environment
ability to work under minimal supervision

Job Duties

Welcoming resident guests
after-hours package pickup
addressing resident inquiries and concerns
updating communication logs on active buildings
providing resources to customers and creating an open and welcoming environment
acquiring broad knowledge of the community and surrounding area
building strong relationships with residents and prospective members
marketing the property via social media and internet presence
maintaining positive communication with residents and community representatives
assisting with on and off-site resident events and initiatives
answering the concierge phone line
ensuring community amenities have proper inventory
proactive communication with management regarding issues
reviewing activity log and preparing for shift commencement
maintaining confidentiality regarding residents
adhering to property guidelines and performance standards
maintaining work area presentation
performing other duties as assigned
