Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 plus years of related experience
- ability to speak and write English effectively
- maintain professional appearance
- work under minimal supervision
- cope in a fast-paced environment
- stand and walk for extended periods
- ascend and descend staircases, ladders and step stools
- lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- travel between properties as needed
- maintain confidentiality
- comply with property guidelines and performance standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 plus years of related experience
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- ability to maintain professional appearance and comply with dress code policies
- ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- proficient with standard office equipment
- able to build strong interpersonal relationships
- knowledge of marketing and social media platforms preferred
Job Duties
- Welcome resident guests
- manage after-hours package pickup
- address resident inquiries and concerns
- update communication logs on active buildings
- provide resources and maintain an open and welcoming environment for residents, customers, vendors and neighbors
- acquire broad knowledge of the community and surrounding area
- build strong relationships with current and future community members
- market the property
- maintain positive relationships with residents to ensure open and effective communication
- assist with on-site and off-site resident events and initiatives
- perform social media posting, blogging, and maintain internet presence
- work as part of the site team to ensure sociable and pleasurable events
- answer the concierge phone line
- ensure community amenities have proper inventory
- proactively communicate with management for issues or concerns
- review activity log and begin work promptly
- maintain confidentiality regarding residents
- adhere to property guidelines and standards of performance
- maintain work area presentation
- perform other duties as assigned
