Job Duties

  • Welcoming resident guests
  • after-hours package pickup
  • addressing resident inquiries and concerns
  • updating communication logs on active buildings
  • providing resources to residents and guests
  • acquiring broad knowledge of the community and surrounding area
  • building strong relationships with current and future community members
  • marketing the property
  • maintaining positive relationships with residents
  • assisting with on and off-site resident events and initiatives
  • managing social media posting, blogging, and internet presence
  • working as part of the site team to ensure a sociable event environment
  • answering the concierge phone line
  • ensuring the Community Amenities area has proper inventory
  • proactive communication with management for issues or concerns
  • reviewing the Activity Log and preparing to begin the shift
  • maintaining confidentiality regarding residents
  • adhering to property guidelines and performance standards
  • maintaining an appropriate level of presentation in the work area
  • performing other duties as assigned
