Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Professional appearance and adherence to dress code
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Ability to handle physical demands including standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Willingness to travel between properties in varying weather
  • Capacity to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

  • Basic computer proficiency for updating logs and communication
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality roles preferred

Job Duties

  • Welcoming resident guests
  • After-hours package pickup
  • Addressing resident inquiries and concerns
  • Updating communication logs on active buildings
  • Providing resources and an open environment for residents, customers, vendors, and neighbors
  • Acquiring broad knowledge of the community and surrounding area
  • Building strong relationships with current and future apartment community members
  • Marketing the property
  • Maintaining positive relationships with residents to ensure effective communication
  • Assisting with on and off-site resident events and initiatives
  • Social media posting, blogging, and managing internet presence
  • Working as part of the site team to ensure events are enjoyable
  • Answering the concierge phone line
  • Ensuring proper inventory in community amenities area
  • Proactive communication with management for issues or concerns
  • Reviewing activity logs and preparing for shift
  • Maintaining confidentiality regarding residents
  • Adhering to property guidelines and standards
  • Maintaining an appropriate work area presentation
  • Performing other assigned duties
