Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year related experience
- excellent English communication skills

- capable of handling fast-paced tasks

Job Duties
- Welcoming resident guests
- handling after-hours package pickup
- addressing resident inquiries and concerns
- updating communication logs on active buildings
- providing resources and maintaining an open environment
- building strong relationships with residents and prospective community members
- assisting with marketing activities including social media postings, blogging, and maintaining internet presence
- supporting on and off-site resident events and initiatives
- answering concierge phone line
- maintaining proper inventory in community amenities area
- communicating proactively with management
- reviewing activity logs and preparing for shifts
- maintaining confidentiality regarding residents
- adhering to property guidelines and performance standards
- keeping work area presentable
- performing other duties as assigned
