Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, trade, technical, or vocational school
  • 1 or more years of related experience
  • ability to speak, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed dress code
  • ability to work under minimal supervision
  • ability to cope in a fast-paced environment
  • able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • able to lift up to 25 pounds
  • able to travel between properties in varying weather conditions
  • maintain confidentiality
  • adhere to property guidelines and standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of related experience in customer service or hospitality
  • strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written
  • ability to maintain professional appearance and comply with dress code policies
  • ability to work under minimal supervision
  • proficiency with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers
  • ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • basic social media and internet skills

Job Duties

  • Welcoming resident guests
  • managing after-hours package pickup
  • addressing resident inquiries and concerns
  • updating communication logs on active buildings
  • providing resources and maintaining an open, welcoming environment for residents, customers, vendors, and neighbors
  • acquiring a broad knowledge of the community and surrounding area
  • building strong relationships with current and future apartment community members
  • marketing the property
  • maintaining positive resident relationships to ensure open and effective communication
  • assisting with on and off-site resident events and initiatives
  • managing social media posting, blogging, and internet presence
  • working as part of the site team to ensure events are enjoyable
  • answering the concierge phone line
  • ensuring community amenities have proper inventory
  • proactive communication with management about issues or concerns
  • reviewing activity logs and preparing for shifts
  • maintaining confidentiality regarding residents
  • adhering to property guidelines and standards
  • maintaining work area presentation
  • performing other duties as assigned
