Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent such as GED
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related customer service role
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English
- Professional appearance and compliance with dress code policy
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods and ascend/descend stairs and ladders
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to travel outside between properties up to 5 percent of the time
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent such as GED
- At least 1 year of related customer service experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
- Professional appearance and adherence to dress code policies
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and community engagement
- Competence in using standard office equipment and technology
Job Duties
- Welcome resident guests and assist with after-hours package pickup
- Address resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Update communication logs on active buildings daily
- Provide resources and maintain a welcoming environment for residents, vendors, and guests
- Build strong relationships with current and prospective residents
- Market the property through social media posts, blogging, and internet presence
- Assist with planning and execution of on-site and off-site resident events and initiatives
- Answer the concierge phone line and manage community amenities inventory
- Communicate proactively with management regarding issues or concerns
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to property guidelines and standards
- Maintain an organized and professional work area
- Perform other duties as assigned
