Job Requirements
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination unless exempt due to medical, religious or personal beliefs
- eligibility to work in the country
- ability to perform duties that include monitoring surveillance and handling administrative tasks
- strong communication skills in English
- proficiency in computer applications such as Outlook, Excel and Word
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- compassionate and professional attitude
- prior related experience preferred

- Three months of related experience is preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English

Job Duties
- Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
- answer telephone calls
- monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms and investigate any unusual activity
- process reports for work orders, incidents and concerns
- receive packages, plants, prescription drugs and deliver or hold as requested
- maintain the sign in/out log for community keys and gate passes
- assist other departments with administrative functions
- respond to resident, family and employee concerns promptly
- maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors and co-workers
