Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least three months of related experience preferred
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
  • Compassion and empathy toward seniors
  • Ability to maintain professionalism
  • Must be able to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or have a valid exemption

Job Qualifications

  • Three months of related experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
  • Highly proficient computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful
  • Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to make independent decisions when warranted
  • Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
  • Answer telephone calls
  • Monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms, and investigate unusual activity
  • Process reports for work orders, incidents, and concerns
  • Receive packages, plants, prescription drugs and deliver or hold as requested
  • Maintain sign in/out log for community keys and gate passes
  • Assist other departments with administrative functions
  • Ensure timely response and follow up on resident, family, and employee concerns
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and co-workers
