Job Requirements
- Medical degree
- Board certification or eligibility in internal medicine
- Valid medical license to practice in Arizona
- At least 3 years of clinical experience preferred
- Ability to work full-time
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in using Epic EMR
- Commitment to concierge medicine model
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide high-quality outpatient concierge medical care
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers to optimize patient outcomes
- Manage approximately 40 patient visits per week over a three-day workweek
- Utilize Epic EMR with voice dictation for accurate and efficient documentation
- Build and maintain strong patient relationships within an established member base
- Participate in practice ownership and ancillary revenue opportunities
- Ensure comprehensive and personalized patient care planning
