Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum of two years RN experience required
- case management experience preferred
- ability to obtain and maintain a State of Nevada Nursing license
- current BLS and CPR certification by The American Heart Association
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to perform computer-based job competencies and online requirements
- working-level knowledge of English including reading, writing, and speaking

Job Duties
- assess, plan, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate patient care with concierge physician
- assist concierge physician with office duties including taking vital signs, maintaining exam room stock, documenting communications, preparing lab specimens, filling referral forms, scheduling tests, and documenting patient charts
- return phone calls and respond to MyChart inquiries within 24 hours
- administer treatments and medications as ordered
- act as liaison between provider and patient to address questions and concerns
- document all encounters and patient contacts in EPIC
- ensure confidentiality and compliance with JCAHO and HIPAA
- participate in patient outreach and marketing events
- manage patient membership retention and follow-up communication
- provide support to front office as needed
- prepare reports and advise leadership on trends and program modifications
