Job Requirements

bachelor's degree preferred
minimum of two years RN experience required
case management experience preferred
ability to obtain and maintain a State of Nevada Nursing license
current BLS and CPR certification by The American Heart Association
proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
ability to perform computer-based job competencies and online requirements
working-level knowledge of English including reading, writing, and speaking

Job Duties

assess, plan, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate patient care with concierge physician
assist concierge physician with office duties including taking vital signs, maintaining exam room stock, documenting communications, preparing lab specimens, filling referral forms, scheduling tests, and documenting patient charts
return phone calls and respond to MyChart inquiries within 24 hours
administer treatments and medications as ordered
act as liaison between provider and patient to address questions and concerns
document all encounters and patient contacts in EPIC
ensure confidentiality and compliance with JCAHO and HIPAA
participate in patient outreach and marketing events
manage patient membership retention and follow-up communication
provide support to front office as needed
prepare reports and advise leadership on trends and program modifications
