Job Requirements

- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance

Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the leasing office and ensure their comfort while they wait
- Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate team member
- Maintain the guest suite schedule ensuring proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival
- Ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour-ready condition prior to office opening
- Manage all package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours
- Keep detailed information on local restaurants, shops, and services and maintain relationships with concierge vendors
- Assist with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
