Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 plus years of prior relevant experience working in a similar resort setting preferred
  • must be 21 years of age or older

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 plus years of prior relevant experience working in a similar resort setting preferred, ideally within VIP Services, Front Desk, or Concierge
  • participation in industry associations including the Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association and Les Clefs d’Or USA highly preferred
  • must be 21 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Professionally and expeditiously process all guest requests including phone, face-to-face, text, email, or fax communications
  • promote, up-sell, and cross-sell all MGM Resorts venues such as amenities, rooms, restaurants, shows, cabanas, retail outlets, M life, casino events, and property promotions
  • respond and assist with guest conflict resolutions in a timely manner and anticipate, recognize, evaluate, and resolve any potential challenges
  • effectively build relationships and professionally represent MGM Resorts with vendors and guests as a brand ambassador
  • multitask using up to 26 operating systems simultaneously to fulfill guest requests
  • commit to ongoing knowledge development of citywide offerings and establish a professional network within the hospitality community
  • facilitate the booking process for numerous venues while staying up to date on policies and procedures of other departments and entities
  • may check in and out hotel guests
