Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in luxury hospitality or concierge services
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- strong communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- valid driver’s license
- availability to work full-time, monday to friday, with flexibility for special events or homeowner needs
- proactive problem-solving skills
- commitment to maintaining a high standard of service and integrity

Job Duties
- create an atmosphere of luxury and comfort for clients akin to a 5-star resort
- seamlessly manage general office operations and client experiences
- organize and address property presentation with proactive white glove service
- anticipate and fulfill daily needs of clients and visitors
- develop a concierge program that delivers memorable experiences and differentiates the brand
- conduct scheduled maintenance checks to ensure top-tier function of appliances and systems
- perform detailed pre-arrival inspections and resolve issues in advance
- supervise cleaning personnel and ensure property cleanliness, including pools and outdoor spaces
- stock kitchens, refresh bathrooms, and prepare amenities for a guest-ready environment
- run errands such as grocery shopping, fueling vehicles, and laundry upon request
- greet guests and provide airport transportation as needed
- coordinate meal planning and shopping with homeowners, chefs, or vendors
- execute post-visit resets to return the home to pristine condition
