Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a concierge or guest services role, preferably in a managerial capacity
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the Dallas area and local attractions is highly desirable
  • Proficient with computer systems and reservation software

Job Duties

  • Manage and supervise the concierge team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service to all guests and residents
  • Coordinate and facilitate guest requests such as transportation, reservations, event planning, and local recommendations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors, businesses, and service providers
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, services provided, and team performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Implement concierge policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service
