Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality business management or related field preferred
- Minimum three years of management experience in hospitality retail or customer service
- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to interact professionally with high-profile clients
- Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with property management software such as BuildingLink or KeyTrack preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced residential building environment
- Physical ability to lift up to 15 lbs
- Commitment to maintaining a polished professional appearance
- Willingness to act as a hands-on concierge when necessary
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality business management or related field preferred
- Three or more years of management experience in hospitality retail or customer service
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interact professionally with high-profile residents tenants and clients
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to service
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with BuildingLink KeyTrack or similar property management software is a plus
- Multilingual skills are a plus
Job Duties
- Supervise and manage a team of concierges ensuring top-notch customer service
- Train mentor and develop staff providing ongoing coaching and support
- Assist concierges in resolving resident and tenant concerns
- Act as a concierge when needed including logging packages answering calls and assisting residents and property management
- Ensure proper shift coverage create monthly staff schedules and facilitate team meetings
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and common areas
- Monitor and enforce concierge policies and procedures
- Keep training up to date for both new and existing team members
- Communicate policy and procedure changes to the team
- Respond promptly to property management requests and ensure timely issue resolution
