Job Requirements

Minimum of two years’ experience in luxury hospitality
Valid passport and C1/D Seaman’s visa (assistance provided)
Completion of pre-employment medical check
Obtain a criminal background check
Prepare approved work shoes
Willingness to live and work on board a Disney Cruise Line vessel
Ability to fulfill safety roles and emergency responsibilities
Comfortable sharing a cabin with other crew members
Must pass drug and alcohol testing
Genuine interest in a maritime career

Job Qualifications

Minimum of two years’ experience in hospitality with a luxury brand
Leadership and concierge experience with a strong understanding of proper etiquette
Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of outstanding service
Skilled in building relationships across various departments
Proficiency in languages preferred including English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Mandarin, Japanese, Hindi, Arabic, Tagalog, Bahasa, or Malay
Prior experience on a ship preferred

Job Duties

Provide dedicated service to Concierge Guests, assisting with personalized itinerary planning, special bookings, event planning, and specific requests such as spa or dining reservations
Deliver personalized service while engaging with Concierge Guests in 32 to 154 staterooms daily
Oversee Concierge Lounge operations, ensuring seamless food and beverage offerings and maintaining cleanliness and maintenance standards
Create a welcoming and fun atmosphere for guests by ensuring timely execution of their requests
Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experience and resolve issues promptly
Manage and train Concierge staff to uphold service quality and standards
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and emergency responsibilities as outlined in the ship Assembly Plan
