Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- one year or more of customer-facing experience in hospitality, retail sales, or luxury services
- ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written forms
- strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
- problem-solving skills using communication and ingenuity
- attention to detail and pride in work quality
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- standing and walking 90 percent or more of the time
- physical ability to bend, stoop, squat, climb stairs, lift and carry items under 25 pounds
- ability to perform typing and handle office equipment
- occasional lifting of items from 10 to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- one year or more of customer-facing experience in hospitality, retail sales, or luxury services
- property management, leasing, community management, or administrative assistant experience welcome
- exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written
- strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- ability to solve problems through communication and ingenuity
- impeccable attention to detail, pride in the quality of work, and energy
- comfortable working alone but excited to work on a team
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Job Duties
- Greeting and registering guests and prospective residents
- answering concierge station phones
- booking cabs, limos, and other transportation services
- monitoring security systems and security cameras
- key date reminder service
- planning of resident events
- providing after-hours answering services for property offices
