Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one plus years of relevant professional experience
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
  • knowledge of apartment management laws and regulations preferred
  • prior hospitality or concierge experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • One plus years professional work experience preferably in hospitality retail real estate customer service or sales
  • successful track record building and managing relationships with customers clients and partners
  • knowledge or understanding of apartment management laws and regulations federal state and local
  • proficiency with computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
  • experience with industry software such as Yardi or Entrata preferred
  • prior hotel hospitality or concierge experience a plus
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet every resident with energy kindness and enthusiasm
  • manage general customer service needs such as package and food delivery maintenance requests service and hospitality accommodation
  • assist office staff with daily administrative tasks and responsibilities
  • handle all resident requests concerns and complaints with grace and positivity
  • ensure timely and exceptional resolution of resident issues
  • maintain a welcoming and professional front desk environment
  • proactively anticipate resident needs and provide solutions
