Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
  • Capability to lift and maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Effective communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to other properties for training or support

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency with basic office software and phone systems
  • Knowledge of local area resources and vendors

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure their comfort while waiting to speak with a team member
  • Answer phone calls, route calls to appropriate team members, and assist with completed service request callbacks
  • Maintain the guest suite schedule ensuring proper payment and cleanliness
  • Manage and coordinate loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
  • Ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to office opening
  • Manage package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours
  • Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other community services
  • Assist community team with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
  • Maintain detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery places, and other relevant resources of interest to residents
  • Maintain relationships and contacts with concierge vendors
  • Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
