Job Requirements
- Minimum lifting of 50 pounds
- Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity
- Hearing, writing, typing
- Minimum pulling of 50 pounds
- Must have a comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments and functions
- Must have a knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations
- Must have good mathematical and computer skills
- High school education preferred
- Relevant training and experience required
- Ability to timely obtain any required licenses or certificates
- CPR training and first aid training preferred
- Additional language ability preferred
- Other duties may be assigned

Job Duties
- Greet all guests in a warm and enthusiastic manner
- Ensure guests are satisfied and fulfill any additional requests
- Ensure food and beverages are sufficiently stocked at all times
- Answer questions regarding the food, the hotel and local area
- Clear and reset counters at conclusion of each service
- Ensure cleanliness of lounge
- Clean and wipe down tables and service areas
- Notify a manager immediately of any guest complaints
- Practice and observe all safety rules and procedures
- Assist all service personnel in any duties as requested
- Maintain and follow all cash handling procedures
