Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation
- Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable performing frequent cleaning, stocking, and light food preparation tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evening shifts, Sunday-Thursday (approximately 4:30 PM - 8:30 PM)

Job Duties
- Keep the club lounge clean and organized throughout the evening service
- Refresh and stock supplies as needed
- Perform light food preparation tasks
- Greet and assist Elite Bonvoy Members and lounge guests with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
